Salome’s practice focuses on corporate, telecommunications, M&A, oil and gas and tax matters. She is involved in structuring complex business transactions and corporate structuring and restructuring. Salome has successfully passed Civil Bar Exam and is a certified attorney in the field.
Salome holds an LL.M Degree in Business and Trade Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, School of Law, Netherlands. She graduated from the Department of International Law and International Relations at Tbilisi State University with Diploma in Law. Salome is an alumnus of Freedom Support Act Future Leaders Exchange Program, under which she spent a year at Chaparral High School, Kansas, USA and Freedom Support Act Undergraduate Program, under which she studied during one year at a Department of Political Science of University of Northern Iowa, USA. 
With native Georgian, Salome is fluent in English and Russian and has intermediate knowledge of Spanish.
