David advises clients on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications, e-commerce, investment, administrative and tax law matters, general corporate matters including reorganization, restructuring and employment. 

Mr. Kapanadze is a member of Georgian Bar Association and a certified attorney in civil and administrative cases, additionally he is an accredited court mediator. 

David teaches two courses “Deals: Law and Economic theories” and “Simulation of the Share Purchase Transaction” to the second year LLM students at Free University of Tbilisi, Law School and "Public International Law” course to the master’s students of European Studies and International Relations Department at Tbilisi State University.

David holds an LL.M degree from Central European University, Budapest, Hungary and equivalent degree in law from the Department of International Law and Relations at Tbilisi State University. 

With native Georgian, David is fluent in English and Russian.
