Teona Vasadze serves as a Junior Associate at LPA Law firm, specializing in civil law. Her practice areas include commercial and corporate law transactions and dispute resolution. 

Teona is a member of the Georgian Bar Association and a certified attorney in Civil and Administrative Law, since 2017.

Prior to joining LPA Law firm, Teona worked for an international company specializing in the distribution and production of oil products. She was an in-house lawyer in the Georgian office of the company. Her main responsibilities involved designing and overseeing the company’s policy and position on legal matters, advising the local and international management on diverse legal issues, and protecting the company from legal risks and violations. She was responsible for representing the Company in the Courts of Georgia, including commercial, labour and private international law disputes and, also, for drafting and negotiating the various types of legal documents. Furthermore, Teona’s expertise includes working as a Lawyer and a Senior Lawyer for more than five years in reputable law firms in Georgia. 

Teona holds an LL. M Degree and LL. B Degree from Tbilisi State University. She has successfully completed part of her Master studies at Comenius University, Bratislava mostly concentrated on studying International Commercial Law, Private International Law, International Competition Law and EU related subjects.

Along with her extensive legal practice, Teona has been actively involved in academic activities. As part of her professional development, she attended numerous conferences and courses in Georgia, Spain, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. Furthermore, she worked as a Civil Education Trainer as part of her extracurricular activities.  

With native Georgian, Teona is fluent in English and has a fair command of the Russian and German languages as well.
