Lana Kancheli serves as a Junior Associate at our Law Firm, specializing in Georgian private and administrative Law. Her practice areas include registration of corporate and non-commercial legal entities, researching legal issues, drafting and analyzing various legal documents, obtaining documents from various public institutions, assistance of clients in obtaining of Georgian residence permits. Lana has been engaged in drafting and conduct of legal opinion and limited scope due diligences on various legal matters. Lana’s duties also cover drafting of court documents and assistance of our legal team in court cases.
Prior to joining the firm, Lana worked as an intern at the Georgian Security and Analysis Center at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies. Her main duties included assistance in analysis and writing different papers in English and organizing seminars for Georgian and foreign policy-makers.
Lana is a graduate of the University of Groningen (The Netherlands), faculty of International and European Law (Honours Programme). During her bachelor studies, she spent one semester as an exchange student at Masaryk University, the Czech Republic.
With her native Georgian, Lana is fluent in English and Russian languages.
